Establishment of bank accounts using the MIT corporate name in any form or its Federal or State Tax Identification numbers requires authorization by vote of the Executive Committee of the Corporation and administrative approval of the MIT Treasurer. No employee, student or agent of MIT may otherwise legally establish, operate or modify such bank accounts. Unauthorized use of Tax ID numbers may constitute violation of Federal or state law.
