Mission statement
The Real Estate Group of the MIT Investment Management Company is charged with the following mission:
- Investment and management of real estate for the benefit of the general fund investments of the Institute
- Global investment and management of real estate for the benefit of the Institutes Endowment and the Retirement and Benefits plans
- Strategic real estate transactions (e.g., acquisitions) for the benefit of the Institute
- real estate advisory and management services for the benefit of the Institute.
