MITIMCo employees have access to on-campus activities as well as MIT’s outstanding benefit package —including three weeks of vacation your first year and four weeks of vacation in subsequent years of employment.  We encourage professional development through MIT’s Tuition Reimbursement Program and also have a MITIMCo program to reimburse employees for other approved courses of study.

Areas for which we may recruit include Administrative Support, Operations, Investments, and Real Estate. We typically recruit for interns in February for the following summer.
