Everyone on our team is expected to form and express opinions which is sustained by our flat organizational structure and meritocratic culture. Our team members have the flexibility to manage their own time and the freedom to come up with creative ideas for how to approach the challenges of endowment management.

MIT Softball League
Over the past four years, MITIMCo's vaunted Mudhens take the field as part of the MIT Intramural Softball League. Although we earn our share of wins, the priority is to participate in a fun and relaxing recreation with colleagues. The league runs from late May through early August, and all employees are strongly encouraged to participate regardless of experience or skill level.  The team serves as a great opportunity to interact outside of the work setting and enjoy the nice weather. Go Mudhens!

J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge
MITIMCo participates in the annual J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge held in Boston.  The Corporate Challenge is a 3.5-mile running event open to groups of full-time employees from organizations within the business and public sectors.  The event is a way for MITIMCo to promote health and fitness and make a difference through a donation to a local non-profit.  The JP Morgan Corporate Challenge also aspires to be the world’s greenest road race.
