MITIMCo employees have access to on-campus activities as well as MIT’s outstanding benefit package — including three weeks of vacation your first year and four weeks of vacation in subsequent years of employment.  We encourage professional development through MIT’s Tuition Reimbursement Program and also have a MITIMCo program to reimburse employees for other approved courses of study.
