The MIT Relationship

On July 4, 2004, the MIT Office of the Treasurer duties were split into two separate functioning groups.  The MIT Investment Management Company (MITIMCo) was created and now oversees the Investment side of all MIT assets. The functions of the Recording Secretary's Office (gift processing, etc.) have now been absorbed by MIT's Resource Development Department.
